Socks, grippy socks or trampoline shoes are required for those taking part in the gymnastics activities.

No jewelry is allowed, long hair must be up and skirts are not appropriate for gymnastics.

Close toed shoes are required for the traversing rock wall.

If an attendee forgets to bring socks, grippy socks are for sale in the office for $6 a pair.
