RSVP - Consent Form

Choose the party below your child has been invited to and fill out the REQUIRED online consent form and an email will be sent to the host automatically letting them know you are attending.

REQUIRED

Socks, grippy socks or trampoline shoes are required for those taking part in the gymnastics activities.

No jewelry is allowed, long hair must be up and skirts are not appropriate for gymnastics.

Close toed shoes are required for the traversing rock wall.

If an attendee forgets to bring socks, grippy socks are for sale in the office for $6 a pair.
