Payments must be postmarked by the meet deadline or they may incur a $5 per athlete late fee. Any clubs with unpaid fees within 7 days of the Entry Deadline will not be entered into the competition.

Paypal payment must be received by the Entry Deadline.

A $10 processing fee will be applied to any PayPal invoices.

A $5 per athlete late fee will be applied to any invoices not paid by the Entry Deadline.

Any clubs with unpaid invoices, including any late fees, that have not been paid within 7 days of the Entry Deadline, will not be entered into the competition.

CHANGES

Teams will receive flight sheets at least 2 weeks before the competition date. An online form for changes will be sent to the teams along with the link to the flight sheets. 

Any changes on or after the Friday before the meet will be charged a $10 fee per change.

​

ADMISSION

$10 for ages 5 and older. 4 and under are FREE.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds will be issued for injuries once a doctor's note has been provided.​

Refunds will NOT be issued for any illnesses.

JUDGES PENALTY FEE

-Each team is required to provide one judge per discipline for which they are entered in the competition. There is a $30 penalty per discipline when no judge is provided. (Example... A team is competing in all three events, that club only supplies two judges... Penalty due would be $30.) 

-If a team has less than 10 athletes participating, the above penalty is waived, but, there will be a fee of $1 per athlete per event for which a judge is not provided.

-Clubs with teams competing for the first time with USA Gymnastics this season are EXEMPT from the Judges Penalty Fee.

EQUIPMENT

2 Euro Trampolines with 4x4 beds,

1 Rebound Double Mini Trampoline with 6x6 bed

84' feet of Tumbling floor plus the 33' feet run up, all equipment and mats meet or exceed the USAG Sanction Rules.

​

SCORING

We will be using the total score method with 3 E Scores averaged x2. Scoring is provided by 3S (Sunflower Scoring System) and will have LIVE online results.​

​

RESULTS

Results are posted LIVE to our website only a few minutes after each score is entered.​

​

SEATING

Seat back chairs above the arena floor. There is NOT a bad seat in this venue.
