REFUND POLICY

Refunds will be issued for injuries once a doctor's note has been provided.​

Refunds will NOT be issued for any illnesses.

JUDGES PENALTY FEE (max penalty of $60)

-Each team is required to provide one judge per discipline for which they are entered in the competition. There is a $30 penalty per discipline when no judge is provided. (Example... A team is competing in all three events, that club only supplies two judges... Penalty due would be $30.) 

 

-If a team has less than 10 athletes participating, the above penalty is waived, but, there will be a fee of $1 per athlete per event for which a judge is not provided.

-Clubs with teams competing for the first time with USA Gymnastics this season are EXEMPT from the Judges Penalty Fee.

FORMAT

This meet will be run by AGE GROUP.

Parents will have seating in two areas of the gym available to them. The Parents Area and what we call our "BIG BLUE" gymnastics floor. You will see lots of chairs set up for seating on the "BIG BLUE" that can be accessed via the hallway.​

PLEASE BE ADVISED... there is NO FOOD OR DRINKS allowed on the "BIG BLUE". We will have a table just outside the entrance to the "BIG BLUE" for any of those items.

Athletes will rotate through their events until all the events they have entered have been competed.

Once each age group is finished competing in all their events, we will head to the auditorium where awards will be presented on the stage of the auditorium.

EQUIPMENT

Euro Trampolines with 4x4 beds and all required safety mats.

1 Rebound Double Mini Trampoline with 20' of landing mats and mats beyond against the wall.

80' feet of Tumbling floor plus the 12' feet run up through a doorway, only 10' of landing area plus mats on the wall.

For tumbling, this does NOT meet requirements for athletes landing in the landing area for levels 5 and up. Therefore, athletes levels 5 and up are welcome to perform as exhibition in front of the judges to receive an UNOFFICIAL score for the skills performed.

SCORING

We will be using the total score method. Scoring is provided by 3S (Sunflower Scoring System) and will have LIVE online results.​

RESULTS

Results are posted LIVE to our website only a few minutes after each score is entered.​

SEATING

150 folding chairs will be available for spectators of the current age group competing.
